I enjoyed creating this portrait. I found the skin tones to be too yellow so clearly didn’t follow the instructions correctly. I used my own discretion in the end to simulate the end product. I would recommend that you practice the tonal levels to match the table first so that the outcome matches the instructions given more closely. Overall a great experience and I hope I achieved the expected outcome.

Loved doing this and learned so much. Have since purchased more coloured pencils and intend to do many more.

I was very disappointed. The instructions were vague and not clear enough
Hi Karen, We're sorry for your disappointment in this tutorial. We'd love to exchange it for another JumpStart tutorial you'd like to try instead? Please go to this link: https://annkullberg.com/collections/jumpstart - and just reply back with which other JumpStart you'd like to try. Or, we'd be happy to refund you for your purchase - that is totally up to you. Best Wishes, Priscilla Summers annkullberg.com

5 Stars Instructions were easy to follow. I thought the number of colored pencils to use was not overwhelming for a beginner to intermediate level. I very much enjoyed this lesson! Ialso realized that I still have too heavier hand with the use of my pencils - plan to work on that.

I haven’t received the printed items yet. I have only received the e-tutorial. I understand cross border delivery is most likely the cause of the delay.
Hi Pam, Did you order the print tutorial through Amazon? You should be able to track your order from your Amazon account. Please let me know how I can help further. Kind Regards, Priscilla Summers annkullberg.com
