Loved the experience

I loved the ladybug! I thought the instructions were terrific. The only issue for me was I used polychromos, luminance and derwent pencils so there was a certain amount of finding colors close to those you used. This in itself was a terrific lesson in color matching so I learned from that as well. I’ve ordered two more kits. I learned a great deal. I’m new to colored pencils so this was invaluable. I drew my project as opposed to tracing it so it’s a bit off but I’m happy with the outcome.

Lady Bug

The Lady Bug kit was my first colored pencil tutorial I have completed. Pencil points and pencil pressure were clearly outlined at the beginning of the process. I confess, I did have to practice the different pencil pressures before I was comfortable enough to get started. The photos were well done and the colored pencil balloons pointing to specific areas, were extremely helpful. There are no colored pencil artists in my area, so the tutorials are a great way to learn. I was excited to buy more kits from Ms. Kullberg.

It was fun to color this ladybug. A bit frustrating doing the shine on the ladybug--took my brain a moment to figure it out. But, it was just a fun picture to learn on. I would highly recommend getting this product!

Ladybug and white daisy

This learning kit is great. I learnt a lot on the minor details and the result is fascinating. How to upload the photo of my drawing here?
