This was a very easy tutorial

This was a very easy tutorial, suitable for beginners. The instructions are clear with lots of photos for each step. It’s only 5x7. I finished it in about 2 hours. It didn’t seem worth the money for such a small, simple project. I used watercolors instead of acrylics and it turned out fine. I didn’t like using the Mi-tientes paper- it only accepted a few layers. As others have said an original reference photo would have made it easier for me to make some adjustments.

Finished project looks great but directions don’t cover how to pencil stems on grapes. Directions on the stem of the glass were not very clear.

I really like the pattern and for a intermediate color pencil artist, it was easy to understand,the picture guide was very clear. Loved the paper. I only found one thing that was difficult for me was using the acrylic Black paint for background. I did try it and it looks acceptable. It was a time saver. I have done several of Mark Mendez kits and had a great picture when finished. I will recommend him and Ann Kullberg website to purchase your Colored pencil books An kits,an tools.

Loved the experience. Excellent instructions. Only problem. I used artist tape, and even tho I removed with care it still peeled the paper. Suggestion, you might provide a better grade of paper or suggest one to purchase. Highly recommend
