The Brown Skin Tutorial I Have Been Waiting For!!!

I was "Elated" (to say the least) when I first opened this email and saw the tutorial on rendering this beautiful warm, glowing brown-skinned young woman with her natural muti-toned hair!!! As soon as I saw her, I knew I Had to order this instant download from Ann Kulberg's Color Magazine! I am currently in the process of amassing the various brands of colored pencil as listed in the materials for this tutorial. II'll tweak on my own after completing her as instructed (as I am a fan of Prismacolor and have no experience using other brands). My goal in completing this beautiful portrait is to then go forth and create other portraits of people who look like Me in the various shades we come in...chocolate, vanilla, and every shade of brown in between! You know, it is extremely easy to find tutorials on rendering light skin in colored pencil. It's more difficult finding really Good step-by-step tutorials on rendering Brown Skin in colored pencil. I'm so glad to see this tutorial is offered in Color Magazine! Kudos to the artist Esperanza Jimenez!!! I'll definitely share my version of this portrait when I'm done!
