Haven't made time to start

Haven't made time to start them! I am still in PT for shoulder surgery.

Colored Pencil on drafting film

This was my first attempt in using this surface material. While I love the look, I think I would have liked to have started with a simpler subject. The poppy was very detailed which made it difficult. I have not done the Dahlia yet, but I think it will be a little easier. I would love to know if this artist has other books available specifically on getting started with this surface.

Hi Brenda, Thank you for the thoughtful review. We do have several tutorials and books available on drafting film - but may of them are more complex subjects: https://annkullberg.com/collections/paper-drafting-film We have taken your thoughts to heart, though, and are planning a simple subject for a new Jumpstart tutorial for beginners on drafting film. Stay tuned for that. :)

In depth dahlia & poppy tutorial

Easy to follow directions to achieve very good results. I'm now better able to understand layering the right colors to achieve desired realism in flower rendering on my own.
