About Gina Middings:
Gina is an award-winning artist who specializes in canine portraiture. She graduated from Pratt Institute with a BFA in Illustration. Her calling for animal art was evident at an early age. She became fascinated with colored pencils after discovering a world of endless possibilities. She is the author of Lady the Labrador Retriever In-Depth and Chocolate Puppy JumpStart colored pencil tutorials available on our website.

Gina's Excellent Workshop!

Gina's online Workshop was one of the best learning experiences for me! Not only is Gina a gifted artist, but she's also an excellent teacher and presenter. She was so well prepared! Having taught adults to use legal-industry-specific software, I know the value of a well-preared class. Gina was open to questions and answered them all effectively. I am also a dog portrait artists who uses mainly colored pencils, so this class was particularly meaningful for me. At the end of the session, I help Loki (my male Dachshund) next to the camera so everyone could meet him.
