In this lesson you will be taught the core skills of using solvents to bring home and use with all of your pencil art.

You'll learn:
• When there is enough pigment on the paper to start blending with solvents effectively.
• How to apply the solvent on to the paper correctly with a brush or cotton wool, avoiding common pitfalls.
• How to apply another layer of pencil on top of solvent to increase depth and saturation without taking off the previous layer.

Judith Selcuk is a freelance artist living and working in the heart of England. Judith is inspired by her surroundings and her love of the natural world. She has written many tutorials, teaches workshops, classes, demonstrates across UK, Europe and Zooms all over the world and a Derwent ambassador.
