Hope to get more time for my art.
I'm frustrated and extremely disappointed. Paid for this issue for 1 reason only: article on using colored pencils with oil pastels together. I'm interested in this topic and there's not much info on it. To my shock I found a word-for-word repost of the article from Julie Podstolski's blog she posted back in Jan. 2018! For free, 6 years ago! To my opinion that's just lazy and neglectful approach to the readers. I had never been so frustrated by any art-related topic.
Hi Alexandra, We are terribly sorry you are so very disappointed! We will, of course, refund your purchase of the magazine - you should receive notification of the refund shortly. We reprinted this article (with permission) because we thought that it was great information, and the vast majority of our readers wouldn't ever find it unless it was in the magazine. 99% of the magazine is unique content, but now and then we think an article deserves a reprint for our audience. We do appreciate the feedback. And both of your reviews are online - it just takes time for everything to sync. If we can be of assistance in any way further, please let us know.Kindest Regards,Priscilla Summers
