A conversation that's sure to be wild and wonderful!

Ann says, "David Neace’s colored pencil vision is a little hard to put into a neat little box.  It’s Americana, sort of – old cars, trucks, tractors, trains – but often with a strange colorful twist that makes you feel both just a little off-kilter and a lot intrigued."

    Interesting man

Excellent podcast with David Neace and he was so patient and calm with the technical difficulties. I like the ability to listen again because I miss things during the live podcasts.

Just loved this interview and didn't want it to end! Just wished the connection would have been a little better but understand. We have no control over the weather or sometimes the technology! Thanks again Ann for doing these interviews. So much learning to do and so little time!! Can I suggest an interview with Pauline Clay who was the hostess for my Soar classes at Richmond VA. What a nice person and so talented! Loved David's interview. Wow! Loved the detail and colors as well as pen and ink. Thank you again, Pat

As with Previous Connect sessions, it is such a pleasure to sit in on these interviews and see the artists beautiful works and hear the stories about their art careers. I have admired David Neace’s art for quite a few years and loved hearing his explanations and his reasoning behind some of his pieces. The relaxed atmosphere, even with the connection problems, was heartwarming. Ann you are amazing…and great to have Priscilla there to help you out when things break down. Loved every minute of it!

I found this useful. It is good to see an artist's history and get some details of how he works.
