About Phil:
Phil attended Eastern Illinois University for art. Since 2016 his art has been featured in print, television and online. He has done numerous group & solo shows, demonstrations, workshops and art fairs. He is a member of several art organizations and teaches the color pencil and other media.

Anne Bernstein Philip is engaging, talented, and full of knowledgable tips and helpful techniques. Many participants completed the picture during the session. Philip answered many questions about products and demonstrated interesting techniques that participants inquired about. The reference photo was a great picture and the workshop was very worthwhile.

Anonymous I didn't expect to also have to download a new program to use with this. I have only glanced over it and find I maybe in over my head. I have put the pattern aside hoping I can sit down and set Padlet up. If I get past that then I'll check out the pattern. If not, then I've wasted time and money,
