What method of shipping do you use?

We ship all of our items using the US Postal Service. For domestic orders, depending on the weight, we ship 1 st class or Priority mail. For international orders, we ship our items Global Priority.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We usually ship our items 48 hours or less after receiving the order. Domestic orders take 2-9 days typically to arrive after that. For international orders, they usually arrive in 4-9 days, but customs for the country can hold orders for up to 3 weeks!

I need something to arrive FAST, but you only have a standard shipping option.

For U.S. orders we can arrange a speedier shipping method for you. Just email us at ann@annkullberg.com so we can set you up.

I'm having trouble ordering online. Can I order by mail?

What is Paypal?

Paypal is a secure method of making online payments. It takes credit card orders for us without us ever seeing your credit card information at no cost to you. This is incredibly secure for both the merchant and the buyer. You have 100% protection against fraud with Paypal. You can read more about them at www.paypal.com .

Do I need a Paypal account in order to make a purchase?

Not at all! Paypal can accept almost all credit cards without you ever having to sign up. It allows us to receive credit card orders without compromising online security. When you are ready to check out you have an option of logging in to your paypal account, or if you don't have an account, to pay by credit card without ever signing up.

I'm a teacher. Can I buy some of your kits at a discounted price?

Yes. If you are an instructor, you can purchase 10 or more kits at a discount. Please email us at ann@annkullberg.com if you want further instructions.

I can't remember my password or username:

Click here: http://www.annkullberg.com/amember/login.php . Right under where you log in normally, type in your email address or username, and your login information will be emailed to you.

I get this error message when I try to login:

" Warning: usort() [function.usort]: Invalid comparison Function."

Due to updates to Internet Explorer and other internet browsers, our system asks for your login information 2 times. You can ignore this error message. Just type in your username and password again in the fields provided.

I know my login information is right, but It won't let me in!!

Please be sure you are typing your login information exactly as how it appeared when you signed up. Our system is case sensitive so if you type in:

"Colorful" instead of what you signed up with, "colorful" Our system will not recognize that as correct.

When I try to login my username and password are already entered before I type anything!

This means you are using a password saving program or Microsoft Password Cache. These programs save your username and password the first time you type them in on a webpage. This can pose a problem because many users change their usernames or passwords. When they try to login, the Password cache automatically enters in their original login information, which is now incorrect. Some users also have initially entered in the wrong login information, so they never can get in.

If you have password cache, and don't mind losing all your login information for other websites please follow the steps below. If you rather keep the login information for all the other websites, then clear all the fields that password cache fills and manually type in your login information

Below are step-by-step instructions on clearing Microsoft's Internet Explorer's Password Cache. Netscape and Opera will have similar solutions -- read their help files for your answer.

1. Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options...

2. Click on the Content tab.

3. Click on the AutoComplete... button.

4. Click on the Clear Passwords button.

5. Click on OK.

I'm a beginner at colored pencils. Can I still do one of your workshops?

You are more than welcome to attend any of the Portraits I workshops. Ann's Portrait I workshops are always geared for beginners and so you are encouraged to sign up!

I'm signed up for your Portrait I Workshop. Do I need to bring a photograph reference of a portrait subject to class?

No, everything you need to bring to class is listed in the Supply List found on your registration form. Ann provides the photo references for class.

Will you be teaching a workshop in my area soon?

All the currently scheduled workshops are listed here.   If you don't see your area listed, then please select one closest to you. Ann is cutting down on workshops, so try to catch one while you can.

I've taken your Portrait I class and would love to attend a Portrait II class, but you don't have a lot of those scheduled.

If you've taken the Portrait I class, you are always welcome to attend another Portrait I class, but work on your own portrait subject, with Ann's guidance.  It's like getting the best of both worlds - a refresher of the first class, while working on your own piece!
