About the Instructor:

Dan Miller is a searcher for truth and beauty with a love for nature. A colored pencil artist located in Evergreen, Colorado, Dan documents his impressions of the local landscape through art, photography and writing.

Dan uses Prismacolor pencils on White Stonehenge for this workshop.

Paper is provided for you, and a list of other supplies including pencil colors needed will be emailed to you after your register.


The SOAR Workshop Network is a group of colored pencil instructors who are trained and certified by Ann Kullberg personally. Each artist has been carefully selected to bring you high-quality, ultra fun 2-day workshops on a variety of different subjects, surfaces and techniques.

SOAR Workshops are held in cities across the U.S. and Canada, with new locations added all the time! The first 13 artists to graduate the SOAR Teacher Training Program will begin teaching in Fall 2018.
