Sadly I had three failures trying to download the product. HOWEVER, you have been kind enough to send me another copy. Unfortunately, I have to borrow vehicles to get to a printer and as of yet, thats been impossible. I have a tually been thi king of vontacting you to find out if there is a way to get a printed color copy. I know it would probably cost extra but I would be willing to pay the extra. The only thing that I was able to download was the first intro JetPack. The "tomato" picture is far too lite to even trace and some of the pictures with instructions are so crooked that you cant read whats under them. I believe its pages 2, 3, & 6. I really do like the info and instructions layed out like you do and I've already recommended these courses to two others.

Love it.

I purchased your Jump Start program as a gift for my grand-niece who loves to draw and is showing quite a bit of talent. She's 12 and takes after her great-aunt (and her grandfather and her uncle). These are great for getting the foundations of coloured pencil and helps you learn how to use the coloured pencil for better results. Once you have the experience using the pencils you can move on to more advanced work of your own. My grand-niece is loving these lessons. Thank you.

Great set of tutorials

I haven't worked through all of these yet. I've done a couple of them so far. I've read through all of them and I must say they are very clear and concise instructions, and the ones I've done have been fun! I would definitely recommend these for anyone who is beginning in colored pencils.

Learning new CP tecniques

Incredible! These lessons were exactly what I needed to add new techniques to my colored pencil art. One of these days I would love to attend one of Ann's workshops. Thanks so much for your excellent customer service and all that you do to promote colored pencil art. Adare Diers
