    Pear

I thoroughly enjoyed working on the pear project. When I showed friends, they thought it looked so real. I'll definitely be doing more.

        Wonderful Pear Kit

I love the the eye-popping, high quality, beneficial Beginner's Pear Kit that inspires creativity and enthusiasm. It helped me to better understand how the wax-based Prismacolor pencils blend together and it allowed me to see how the Stonehenge paper is really superior to plain card stock office paper as well as to the Strathmore 400 Series as you described in one of your books. I truly appreciate all of the information that you included in the packet such as the step-by-step instructions and the photo of your own artwork and that of the pear itself. Thank you Ann for sharing your beautiful art work, steps, techniques with dilettantes like me who are new to using these marvelous pencils. It's gracious of you to share these techniques with us. Thank you Ann for all you have done for art students such as myself by supplying these challenging and colorful kits. I hope your business/art continues to flourish. Thank you so much also for making the Pear kit available at a customer-friendly price. I am very much looking forward to buying other kits from you in the future. Sincerely, Shannon

          Rendering Texture

I enjoyed this kit and learned a lot especially on how to render texture and rocks - although that was the most difficult aspect of doing this kit. I particularly had a hard time with the cast shadow of the bowl. I couldn't figure out how to go about the rocks underneath that cast shadow as I studied the picture progression. I'm still proud of how my artwork turned out and would recommend this kit!

            Pretty Pear

Enjoyed this lesson tremendously. Had trouble with the rocks, but the pear is perfect.
