Airfare:

From the West Coast, flights are horribly expensive so I will fly out from Vancouver, Canada which saves me $1400.00!!!  Below is a snapshot from a flight search for July 4th. Vancouver is a 2.5 hour drive from Seattle. I'm driving and will stay at an airport hotel with free parking.

Flights from the East Coast are much better priced. From NY, expect to pay around $900.
